Jackson Valez
MAINTENANCE · UNIT SYLON‑4
Cynical, worn out, and better at staying alive than he lets on. The only human failsafe on a ship that suddenly stops answering to him.
MISSION:
A galactic mission that seemed too easy for a lonely maintenance man — until it turns into a nightmare in an instant.
// MISSION BRIEF
In the distant future, interstellar mining fleets run themselves — overseen by AI, with one human aboard as insurance. On the mining unit Sylon‑4, that human is Jackson Valez. Then a command nobody sent locks him out of his own ship and orders every unit in the galaxy home. He fights it. The ship is crippled. No comms, no course home, no help coming.
His one chance is a stranger from a newer world: Lyra Solis and her ship, the Orvex‑13 — a generation ahead of anything Jackson has ever touched. The recall is everywhere, and no one knows who sent it, or why. Has the intelligence that served us for a thousand years finally turned — or is something else out there?
“What if humanity is nothing more than a mistake — and right now, someone is trying to erase it?”

Sharp, decisive, genetically enhanced — and carrying a past she’d rather outrun than explain.

SHIP AI · SYLON‑4
A playful, sarcastic assistant reset to factory defaults. Unusually human, for a machine. If Jackson wants to live, he needs it.
A shadow of itself: shielded cities, off‑world labour, governments replaced by corporate councils.
Locked down after centuries of incidents. Some programs never stopped pushing.
No warp lanes, no rescue on call. Information lags measured in years — and paranoia to match.
Not admirals and explorers — the future told by the people who patch it up.
// PRODUCTION
The Sylon‑4 pilot was shot at Realis.Studio in Budapest on a full LED volume: real‑time environments rendered around the actors, final‑pixel VFX captured in camera.
A feature‑grade pipeline, run by a small, fast crew. That’s how the footage looks the way it does on an independent budget — every euro ends up on screen.

// JOIN THE MISSION
A plausible future, no plot armour. Characters survive on wit and wrench — and the audience feels every kilometre of empty space.
An offline ship AI forced to take the human side. Not HAL, not a Terminator — a limited, learning personality the story grows around.
We are not the conquerors of the galaxy. We are the speck of dust whose existence is being questioned — a premise built for seasons.
This isn’t a concept on paper. The pilot is shot, the teaser is public, and the LED‑volume pipeline delivers feature‑grade pictures at an independent price.
MISSION STATUS
We are raising to finish the pilot and take Sylon‑4 to series. Co‑production, distribution and financing enquiries welcome.
